Step 1

Access Current Year Sales Data

  • Copy the Sheets Called: Report: BACA and BRanch Reports

Step 2

Access Prior Year Data Google Sheet

Step 3

Copy Required sheets From current Year Data

  • Copy the Sheets Called: Report: BACA and BRanch Reports

Step 4

Create Tab for the Data Being Copied

  • Create the tabs as per training provided for data to be copied over

Step 5

Paste Data

Paste The data from the Current Year Stats Workbook to the Prior year workbook as per training provided

STEP B: Perform the Annual data Reset

You now need to reset all dataso that all tags in Pulse are reset for stars achieved as well as the Reporting platform is clear.

Reset all Data

Click on the button below and Access the pipeline called: "STARS RESET" In Pulse through the link above and drag the "Reset Stats" card to the Annual Reset Stars stage.

This will:

This will:

  • Remove all tags of months achievements in pulse

  • Clear the Branch and BA/CM report

  • Clear all Targets for branches

  • Remove the Actual stats from Jan to Dec tabs
